If you decide to purchase one of our machines you have the following
options.
Option 1 Low cost
The machine will be supplied as follows:
- Totally cleaned
- Filled with oil and test run
- Defective parts replaced
- Visible leaks repaired and sealed
Option 2 All inclusive
The machine will be supplied as follows:
- Completely overhauled
- Clamping, injection, drive cylinder and pump re-sealed
- The motor fitted with new bearings
- Screw cylinder, screw and non return valve are re-measured and aligned
- Clamp platen screw holes re-cut
- Pressure-accumulators re-tested by TÜV*
- On request, superficial paint work damage can be touched up
or the machine completely re-painted

Very important!
In case the specification of a quoted machine does not suit your
requirements, please contact us. Whether it is the robot interface,
additional core pullers or similar questions, practically everything
is possible with our large stock of spare parts, and, usually at a
reasonable cost.
Machine acceptance
We offer our customers the possibility to run the machine in
our premises. Bring or send your own mould so as to make
sure that everything is running to your satisfaction.
Service
We can of course offer service for machines which we have supplied and also for any further machines you have. This can
be for commissioning or any other technical help. We will offer
any technical support we can when installing equipment in your
factory.
